  power issue with rtl8723be and pcie

Bug description:
  hi
  after a uefi single boot install of xubuntu 15.04 on a hp 15 r248nf, I have noticed several warning in dmesg, and wifi stop to work ramdomly. None of the known fix (disable pm for wireless, change kernel module options, disable bluetooth, get last wifi_new driver) has work so far. Wifi works out of the box, then stop with no message. disconnect-connect again and it works perfectly for 5 more min!

  I don't use mmc card or ethernet so I don't know if they are affected
