[Bug 1579318] [NEW] Bluetooth 0489:e080 (Mediatek) not supported

Public bug reported:

I am running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, kernel 4.4.0-22

The bluetooth adapter is not correctly recognized. lsusb gives me this
output:

Bus 001 Device 006: ID 0bda:0129 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTS5129 Card Reader Controller
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0489:e080 Foxconn / Hon Hai
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0bda:57b5 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0458:0036 KYE Systems Corp. (Mouse Systems) Pocket Mouse LE
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:8001 Intel Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

The bluetooth adapter is "ID 0489:e080 Foxconn / Hon Hai". The bluetooth
adapter is a Ralink Mediatek 76xx.

The same chipset features a wireless card that isn't recognized too (out of the box), but for that i could find a solution here:
