  Skip music tracks via car bluetoorh

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When the phobe is connected to my cars bluetooth. I can play music
  tracks with the built in music approval on the phone but cannot skip
  tracks with the controls in the car.

  I am using bq Aquaris 5 hd with oat 9.1
