changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

Title:
Start bluetooth earlier in the boot process
Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: bluez
Bluetooth — specifically HID support — starts relatively late in the
boot process. Late enough that I can't hit 'S' to skip file system
mounting without plugging in a wired keyboard.
Can we get HID support running before plymouth starts? (Or, at least,
somewhere in the upstart event system, so that it starts within a few
seconds of mountall having a moan.)
