This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

  Internal Bluetooth is not working

  In my dell inspiron 1545, Bluetooth is not working in both 9.10 and 10.04.
  When am clicking over the bluetooth icon, it says "Turn on Bluetooth".
  Its not working even if i turn it on.
