[Bug 601165] Re: connect option

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

** Changed in: bluez (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
  connect option

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: bluez

under bluetooth preferences, one can find the list of devices that
have been paired with the computer. now if the device is connected an
icon shows this. there is also a disconnect button to disconnect. but
sometimes the computer fails to automatically connect and on devices
e.g. headset there isn't always a button that forces the devices to
connect. so on top of the existing disconnect button there should be a
connect button. blueman package offers this benefit so why can't the
  default stack?

Also as addition, right clicking or selecting a device should give us
a possibilty to query the list of services that are offered by the
device. this possibility also exists in blueman. it should be a
  trivial fix.
