[Bug 1534948] Re: Ubuntu 15.10 fails to boot from Sandisk USB stick
Daro, to clarify, are you able to plug the USB device into a different
computer than the Dell Latitude E5420 and have it work?

Booting from Sandisk USB stick fails and stops on "device descriptor
read/64, error -71" and "device not accepting address 6, error -71" on
Dell Latitude E5420 Laptop. I tried every USB socket but without
success. Booting with "rootwait" parameter does not help either.

Bug description:
Booting from Sandisk USB stick fails and stops on "device descriptor
read/64, error -71" and "device not accepting address 6, error -71" on
Dell Latitude E5420 Laptop. I tried every USB socket but without
success. Booting with "rootwait" parameter does not help either.
