[Bug 992757] Re: Bluetooth Adapter not recognized (precise)
This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

Bug description:
My specific dongle has worked flawlessly on 11.04, since upgrading, my
system no longer recognizes it.
blueman-applet reports no adapters found.
hcitool dev reports nothing, just "Devices:"
lsusb finds this however:
Bus 006 Device 002: ID 1131:1004 Integrated System Solution Corp. Bluetooth Device
If I pull the dongle out, the applet disapears. If the dongle is not
evident on boot, the applet will not start.
hciconfig show this:
