Title:
Sound stutters and hangs with 2.6.35-6, prior kernels work fine.
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Kubuntu 10.10 alpha 1(fully updated 2010-06-29) AMD64:
Linux saturn 2.6.35-6-generic #8-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jun 28 04:15:52 UTC
2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Booting with the 2.6.35-6 gets immediate stuttering and looping from
the startup sounds. Processes playing sounds hang and will cause KDE
to fail to shutdown. Booting any previous kernel produces flawless
sound. There do not appear to be any related messages in the logs.
