  Ubuntu 9.04 BETA - END of MARCH 2009 release

  Prior version 9.04 FEB 2009 runs fine.

  I tried to install and also to run the newest 9.04RC Ubuntu version today.
  I can not run it live at all. The last version to install and run was 9.04 Alpha 5.
  The error message is:
  * preparing restricted drivers...
  * Starting kernal event manager... [ok]
  * loading hardware drivers ...
  udevdevent2487]: '/lib/udev/pcmcia-socket-startup'
  abnormal exit
  segmentation fault
  (hangs)
  ---
  The live version gets the ubuntu splash/logon screen and hangs during the horz. red bar at approx. 10 percent.
  same as since 9.04 Beta and on...
