ubuntu16.04.01: not able to install debug kernel packages.

1. sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ddebs.list << EOF
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/           main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ -security main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ -updates  main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ -proposed main restricted universe multiverse
EOF
2. sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys ECDCAD72428D7C01
3. sudo apt-get update
4. sudo apt-get install linux-image--dbgsym
