latest mainline kernel (4.7-rc4) and advise to the results?

Bug description:
I have researched all possible solutions. The correct driver rt2800pci
is installed correctly out of the box. No hardware faults. Wifi works
on Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10. Confirmed also driver is not blocked
and hardware is enabled.
