That workaround really works, I also have tested, and can confirm for
the Inspiron 15R 5537.

However this completely disables the Radeon video card and the
vgaswitcheroo... "/sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch: File or
directory not found." So you can not use the dgpu for 3D applications
and/or games.

I now have two options:
1. Use the Mainline Kernels and be able to use the radeon video card or,
2. Use the Ubuntu Kernels, disable it completely and use only the Intel video card.

For now, I will keep the first one.

  When i try to suspend the system the screen turns off, the PC becomes
  really hot(the fan won't stop working) and i'm not able to do anything
  after this. The only option is to hard-press the power button to turn
  it off.
