  Atheros Bluetooth does not work

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  My Gigabyte PCI-e x1 Wifi/Bluetooth adapter appears in lspci as
  follows:

  65:00.0 Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros AR9462 Wireless Network
  Adapter (rev 01)

  Wifi is working without issues. However, contrary to other bugs filed
  in launchpad (eg, Bug #1542564), the Bluetooth device does not appear
  in lsusb. lsusb output:
