Title:
  the kernel hangs when reboot or shutdown on a lenovo baytrail-m based
  machine

Bug description:
  1. System got hang on reboot of installation phase 1;
  2. Power off system by long-press power button, then power on system again.
  3. System got hang on power off of installation phase 2.

  The hang issue blocked the installation. Can not finish the
  installation procession.
