I created a patch and built a Xenial test kernel with it.  That test
kernel can be downloaded from:

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1498667/

Can you test this kernel and see if it fixes this bug?  If it does, I'll
submit my patch upstream and SRU it to Ubuntu.

Note, with this test kernel, you will need to install both the linux-
image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.
