[Bug 1198376] [NEW] network-manager stops every few minutes and ubuntu-bug sucks

The bug is: 
network-manager stops every few minutes in kubuntu 13.04, but with "modprobe  rt2800usb" it is solved.

So here is my solution for firmware-packages and wlan


The next problem is:

ubuntu-bug.
