[Bug 968427] Re: pen drive suddenly unmounts and remounts as read-only

By the way, this policy of changing confirmed bugs to incomplete just
because "there has been no activity" without the slightest clue
whatsoever indicating that it may have been fixed, seems to me
completely ridiculous.

Title:
pen drive suddenly unmounts and remounts as read-only

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have an USB pendrive. When I plug it, it is automatically mounted as
  /media/KINGSTONE as read-write as expected.

However, after a random time (few seconds to several minutes) it
suddenly unmounts and remounts itself as read-only, without a reason.

I've had this particular pen drive for quite a while and never noticed
  this before today.
