[Bug 1239233] Re: Video playback is like fast forward in 13.10
I found something very interesting. When I disable as default the radeon
HDMI audio output from pulseaudio, video playback is normal again.
So maybe is related with the strange behaviour I have with kernel 3.11
and 3.12-RC4. HDMI is enabled whether or not I enable "radeon.audio=1"
on GRUB but in both cases even though pulseaudio sound level output
indicator inside "volume sound control" panel is showing "pulse", TV
speakers doesn't produce any sound.
** Summary changed:
- Video playback is like fast forward in 13.10
+ Video playback is like fast forward in 13.10 when radeon HDMI output is enabled (no sound at all)
** Summary changed:
- Video playback is like fast forward in 13.10 when radeon HDMI output is enabled (no sound at all)
+ Video playback is like fast forward in 13.10 when radeon HDMI audio output is enabled (but no sound at all)
