Title:
  Kernel error while writing to iscsi ext4 filesystem

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Filesytem got blocked because a kernel error.

  IT seems that the systems goes offline mode and readonly while
  writting heavily to the filesystem.

  This is a vmachine over an amd64 system.
