[Bug 1242322] Re: [Toshiba Satellite U400] laptop fan always at full speed
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.12 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.
If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Bug description:
After switching to any kernel above 3.9.11 my cpu cooler acts like cpu was overheating, it spins all the time trying to cool down processor even if it's below 50 Celcius.
The current os is ubuntu 13.10 64 bit, computer is TOSHIBA Satellite U400 PSU40E with Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5750
