[Bug 1171251] Re: 174f:5a31 Webcam is no longer detected

 

Webcam works fine on 10.04 LTS live usb image. It has kernel 2.6.32-38
I will try to check that bisection thing soon but logs tell that this could be related to usb power settings.
I believe this worked with 3.x kernel sometime, I will try to find that too.

  My webcam started acting weird in recent kernel updates and now I notice that it's completely undetected.
