[Bug 1118710] Re: Set video brightness to max if it is 0 on bootup.
I don't think there are others at the moment, as it does not specify
exact models. Let's close this bug and file others if we encounter
failures on other specified systems.

Bug description:
Some machines initialize their screen brightness to zero, which means
for users it is very dark when you first boot your machine. This is
annoying because you have to adjust brightness every time you boot up.
This patch proposes that we set the brightness to half the maximum
value if this happens:
