  Re-add XS-Testsuite header to enable autopkgtest discovery

Status in “alsa-lib” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Somewhere in 1.0.26 or 1.0.27 (revno 108 on ubuntu:saucy/alsa-lib) the header XS-Testsuite has been dropped from the pacakge. This header allows the discovery of the package by autopkgtest [1]
  Please re-add this header.
