  Laptop freezes. Hard reset is required.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  All of a sudden my laptop freezes and I cannot do anything but to hard
  reset my laptop by pressing the power button for a few seconds.

  I'm attaching the complete information about my laptop. Please check.
