environment.

However, given this problem is no longer reproducible, I'm going to
close it. However, if it continues, please feel free to reopen this
report.

  notwork-manager doesn't get up after suspending whole system

Bug description:
  I recently upgraded from 13.04 to 13.10, and got this problem last two times I brought my laptop up from suspend, the network manager applet shows networks turned off, and connection being offline. With no apparent means to turn it back on.
  I can click on the option Network, but that does nothing.

  I use Ubuntu 13.10 64bit on a 5 year old Samsung R510 laptop.
