Bug description:
  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

  Using sound preferences output volume slider automaticaly maxes out
  all outputs on hw:0 ( im running alsamixer in console ), and sound is
  hissing / distorted

  Even when i touch the slider some pcm otuputs get maxed. when i
  manualy restore volumes to noemal the sound is corrected.

  After that when touching / using output volume slider it happens
  again.

  WORKAROUND: Added ignor_Db=1 to default.pa .
