Not able to connect to a device.
Not able to pair to a device.
Not able to switch Bluetooth on after it was once switched off.

  Bluetooth is not working with my Bose Soundlink Speakers

Status in “bluez” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am not able to connect my Bose Soundlink Wireless Speaker to my
  Lenovo T420 Laptop (Ubuntu 13.10).

  If i switch off Bluetooth I am not able to switch it on again.

  I already tried to fix it with some solutions from askubuntu. But it still don't work for me.
  I uninstalled and installed bluez and gnome-bluetooth already.
