[Bug 1175759] Re: Atheros AR9161 Ethernet Gigabit adapter works till suspend
I tested it again (it's some time ago I used my ethernet adapter, because of the issue) and it seems that a recent kernel-update fixed it, so it's solved now.
Anyway, thanks for your time!

Title:
Atheros AR9161 Ethernet Gigabit adapter works till suspend
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
My Ethernet adapter in my N56-VZ only works till the computer suspends, after that it's not recognized anymore.
It just disapeared from ifconfig and I can't use it anymore. There is no eth0 anymore.
I am now on Ubuntu 13.04 linux version 3.8.0-19-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP.
I tried the 3.9.0-030900 mainline kernel, but this doesn't fix the problem. it seems it doesn't recognizes the ethernet network adapter at all.
