Bug description:
"When I press Fn+F9 or F10 which are the keyboard buttons to
decrease/increase the screen brightness of my HP Probook 6560b laptop,
nothing happens."

I manually installed the precise kernel on my oneiric install to see
if it is fixed with a newer kernel, didn't help.
WORKAROUND: Use fglrx.
