Hi Chris, I can't remember I noticed this in the genuine Precise Pangolin the L322X was supplied with, and I did try QQ before I fresh installed RR. I asked in some forums topic where mainly L322X owners are involved, but I got no feedback.
Maybe could you direct me to the live iso I could install in a USB stick to give a try. I ask you this because the L322X was supplied with a tweaked PP (the sputnik project thing I believe).

  [Dell XPS 13 L322X] Touchpad too slow to cross the screen horizontally

Bug description:
  Hi
  I can't get speed setting of the touchpad to be stored anything than precise half way  between slow and fast.
  Maybe this could help to move the cursor from far left to far right (and vice et versa) in a single finger movement.
  At this time I have to make a very violent movement that drives my finger out of the touchpad limit to reach this goal. An other way to cross the screen is to make several (3) normal movements, which is ... say borring.
