I don't see any crash messages in your log.  Does the Guest OS lock up?
Did this just start happening after a recent update or upgrade?

  Starting VirtualBox guest when any number of guest OS running in KVM
  cause cernel crash (see kern.log). The interesting point is, that
  sometimes the system continues to work after that.
