I actually don't think that this is a bug that's affecting me.  The 
resolution for bug 1184262 resolved it for me.  Sorry!

Bug description:
  When my computer wakes up from being suspended, the wireless network connection doesn't come back up.
  I'm able to fix the problem by running "nmcli nm sleep false", which causes the wireless card to reconnect.
