Title:
8086:10f5 [HP EliteBook 8530w] Wired network intermittently fails
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
On my HP EliteBook 8530w booting to kernel 3.8.0-30 causes the network
to fail intermittently. No logs are produced, nothing in dmesg, the
network just stops working (I have a ping running to the default
gateway and it stops). Removing cable and reattaching re-establishes
connectivity until it fails again in a few seconds, minutes at most.
Kernel 3.8.0-29 works properly.
