  Ubuntu 12.04 Desktop amd64 does not suspend on Asus 1201n

Bug description:
  I have an Asus 1201n netbook, when I try to suspend, the process starts but obviouly fails, because it starts again automatically. This used to work fine in Ubuntu Desktop amd64 11.10.
  (this same problem used to happen to me with debian squeeze)

  It seems to be suspending ok, but then it starts again, no aparent errors :S

  I tried to fill a bug report but I didn't know which source package to
  select with rapport so I filled with the linux-generic I hope it helps
