Bug description:
  Keyboard on an LG LW25 laptop is not functional anymore on Ubuntu
  13.10.

  Any 3.8.x Ubuntu kernel works fine. Starting with 3.9.0, the keyboard
  breaks. External keyboards are still fine.

  Using i8042.dumbkbd=1 as a kernel boot parameter seems to be a usable
  workaround.

  A kernel bisect suggests that the first bad commit is:
