Julien Olivier, Could you please confirm this issue exists with the
latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If the issue remains,
could you please run the following command in the development release
from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will
automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this
report:

apport-collect <replace-with-bug-number>

UbUK / Alexander Karlstad, in order to track your hardware, could you please file a new report via a terminal:
systemd-shim

  Network down after resume

Status in “systemd-shim” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In Saucy, after resuming from suspend, the network is disabled.

  WORKAROUND: Running "sudo restart network-manager" fixes the problem
  each time.
