OMG, another bug that expires without knowing whether it is fixed.

No I haven't tested it on 13.10. Has anybody?
If you have tested it and it's fixed then mark it as fixed
If you haven't, leave it as either incomplete or confirmed. No reason to close a bug without having checked that it's fixed or having the slightest  reason to think it may be fixed (and if you have, then test it before closing it).

Bug expiration should be abolished completely.

  pen drive suddenly unmounts and remounts as read-only

Bug description:
  I have an USB pendrive. When I plug it, it is automatically mounted as
  /media/KINGSTONE as read-write as expected.

  However, after a random time (few seconds to several minutes) it
  suddenly unmounts and remounts itself as read-only, without a reason.

  I've had this particular pen drive for quite a while and never noticed
  this before today.
