[Bug 1133626] [NEW] mouse is too sensitive

In ubuntu, I go to the mouse settings and move the sliders for mouse sensitivity all the way to the left, but the sensitivity is still way too high. I can move the mouse less than a centimeter before the cursor will be on the other side of the screen.
