[Bug 1263140] Re: reboot does not terminate at computer shutdown

looks like you are running a custom kernel?

Ubuntu 13.10
Shutdown and rebbot whether via terminal or GUI buttons hangs and does
not shut off power on my PC. I have to hold down the power button to
do full power off,
