[Bug 1093541] Re: [Asus P8Z77-V LK] ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed
DrJohn, thank you for your comment. Like many messages in the logs with
the word "error", it's not end-user error in that if you see it, it's
cause for concern. If you would like to know more about kernel messages
in the logs, this would be the wrong venue for this, as this is a
development platform for software bugs, not a forum. You are welcome to
redirect your inquiry to the appropriate upstream kernel mailing list
via http://vger.kernel.org/vger-lists.html .
Please feel free to report any future bugs you may find.

W/ shipped BIOS v.812 and after updating to current BIOS v.908,

Apparently benign so far: no noticeable side-effects, no crash or
halt. The system is in process of installing 12.04 LTS server; at this
point no additional packages beyond stock server plus ssh, lm-sensors.
Running 3.2.0-29-generic. Was not successful in installing upstream
3.4.0.
