Message #42075
[Bug 1272084] Re: USB slow transfer on 64bits
Thanks Joseph,
This issue did not happened on the 32bit kernel indeed.
I've tried the last mainline kernel v3.13-trusty.
The installation goes fine but then at startup I can't get the UI to boot up.

Title:
USB slow transfer on 64bits
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
All the usb transfers are VERY slow on my ubuntu distro
but not on my hackintosh or my windows 8 installation.
Whatever it is USB 2.0 or 3.0 devices
It is very annoying and I've found so far no real support of it on Internet except outdated posts.
I also had it on my older computer since I had installed the 64bits distro but not on the 32 one.
Many thanks
