Title:
8086:4232 [Dell Latitude E6400] Wifi regulatory domain is set to US
  while I live in Italy

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
When I start the PC, my wifi oftnen doesn't work: it is connected but
it can't talk to the access point. I found that in dmesg the
regulatory domain was set to US. This is wrong because I live in
Italy. I wonder if this has something to do to the fact that I choose
  to install ubuntu in English.

WORKAROUND: I can manually set the regulatory domain using the iw tool:
  sudo iw reg set IT
