- I have a Toshiba S55 A5176 laptop.
+ When I boot my Toshiba Satellite S55-A5176 laptop, the Grub2 menu shows
+ up ok, but then the OS goes to a black screen. I am however able to boot
+ in Fedora 20 almost every time. Sometimes, the same issues happens with

+ WORKAROUND: In the BIOS disable the NIC.
  
- But the only way that I am able to boot Ubuntu 13.10(live or installed)
- is if I disable the NIC(using BIOS). If the NIC is enabled, then the
