[Bug 373214] Re: /usr/include/asm/* is not present in linux-libc-dev
This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves
the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the
results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-
lucid' to 'verification-done-lucid'.
If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
On i386, amd64, and powerpc (via linux-ports), /usr/include/asm has no
header files in it. According to the build logs, the header files are
apparently installed, but are missing from linux-libc-dev, breaking
any package that attempts to use the kernel headers.
