  Ralink RT3290 needs bluetooth driver

Bug description:
  As of Raring Ubuntu has a wifi driver for the RT3290 that works out of
  the box.

  It still does not have bluetooth support.

  This thread in the Ubuntu forums links to a driver that is claimed to
