[Bug 1275794]

Dual display is confirmed working after firmware upgrade.

I'm dual booting Arch Linux (uname -r: kernel 3.12.9-2-ARCH) and Windows
7 on a Thinkpad T440 and using the Thinkpad Pro Dock; after installing
dock firmware version 2.17.00 linked above on Windows and rebooting into
Arch, dual display (monitor model Acer V236HL) is confirmed working over
DVI, including extended desktop.

Thank you to everyone that contributed to this fix.

  https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1374408

I'm running with a Thinkpad T440s and ultra dock with hdmi<->hdmi. In
my case if I dock when hdmi is connected to the dock, the mouse and
keyboard freeze once connected. When I undock they unfreeze. If I
dock when hdmi is not connected to the dock, the mouse and keyboard
  don't freeze.
