With the exception of ARUBA_rlc.bin, CAYMAN_rlc.bin, R700_rlc.bin, and
SUMO_rlc.bin, all of these firmware files are new and only used by a
3.13 kernel (Trusty LTS). The exception files are updates from AMD, so I
have to trust that they have done the right thing. Therefore, I'm
marking this verification-done.
