Title:
[Dell Vostro 1014] Wi-Fi hotkey does not trigger bluetooth soft lock
release
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
While testing 12.04 LTS on the Vostro 1014 (201010-6648), I noticed
that when pressing the wireless hotkey (Fn+F11) did not turn bluetooth
back on, though it does turn it off.
After doing some investigation, it appears that the key turns on both
the hard and soft block for bluetooth, but on the next press, only
turns off the hard block, leaving the soft block in place. Bluetooth
can be resumed by selecting Turn Bluetooth On from the applet menu.
