Title:
  Sometimes when computer is suspended (this happens in both Raring
  Ringtail and Quantal Quetzal) by closing laptop lid, does not accept
  password

Bug description:
  Sometimes (more often in Raring) when I close my laptop and Ubuntu
  automatically suspends, when I open my laptop again and enter my
  password (possibly a coincidence that when I slide my finger over the
  fingerprint reader it does not acknowledge it) it just says
  "Checking..." and displays it for a very long time, and requires a
  force restart. When I suspend Ubuntu by going to that menu in the
  upper right and clicking suspend this doesn't happen.
